It was good but not the worth. There was not even face tissues , iron machine, shampoo and body wash. Tv was not working.

Strategically located in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants and cafés.The staff are friendly and welcoming.My room faces the Mother of Georgia, offering a lovely view.The hotel features a modern design, with a superb kids’ play area in the lobby.The Christmas decorations in the lobby are beautifully done and create a warm atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the air-conditioning was not functioning, so the heater did not work during our stay.

The location was very good — close to all major landmarks, markets, and malls.The hotel staff were very kind and helpful.The hotel changed my lunch to dinner and prepared a special dinner menu for us.The food quality was good.The room was cleaned every day.The rooms were cozy, colorful, and cute.Eco-friendly water system with refillable glass bottles.

The street was too narrow, so cars couldn’t enter.I booked dinner, but the hotel originally only offered lunch.The food was not as great as I expected.No toothbrush, toothpaste, or tissues provided in the room.No bottled water in the room — we had to fill the glass bottle from the water cooler, which was uncomfortable after a long trip.

Everything, location. Very comfy beds. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, very good AC, would come again

The beds base were broken in parents and kids beds.Altough the try to fix it, it left uncomfortable.

I stayed at Ibis Styles Tbilisi Center with my mother and overall we had a pleasant experience.The hotel has a perfect central location, very close to everything, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.• Excellent central location.• Comfortable bed and pillows.• Complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby.

• Breakfast is very basic with little variety.• The room is relatively small with a view of the back yard and the neighboring building’s wall.• The air conditioner is old and makes noise.But overall, it was a good stay and suitable for those looking for a convenient location and decent comfort

On the first day i go out of the taxi in front of of the othel about a metr away and then was a puddle of honey . I stepped in it and almost slipped and fell. It was very unpleasant

Nothing, I was just expecting an upgrade as it was my second time in the hotel.

Awesome location—just a short walk to the old city, cool restaurants, and all the main attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was big, comfy, and the A/C worked perfectly (which was a lifesaver in the heat). Coffee machine was a great addition to the room facilities.Loved the little extras too: water coolers on every floor and free coffee at the front desk.

The shower room is huge and well adapted for people with disabilities, which is great. But there’s no shower cabin or even a curtain, so the whole bathroom gets soaked during a shower.The mattress wasn’t super comfortable for us—but that’s definitely a personal thing. Also, just a heads-up: there’s no wardrobe in the room, just a couple of shelves, which might be a bit inconvenient if you’re staying for more than a couple of days.

The location is definitely the best — it remains one of the main reasons I’ve chosen this hotel in the past. I also used to really enjoy staying here, as it used to offer a high standard of service and amenities.

Unfortunately, this stay was below expectations compared to previous visits. It felt like the hotel had been downgraded. Basic amenities like bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste, and bath chamber items were either missing or in short supply. These small details used to be well taken care of before, and their absence was disappointing this time.

Strange communication style of the staff. They look not welcoming at all, although they do everything you ask.

Before my arrival, I had an urgent question about my reservation. I contacted the property via booking.com and did not receive any answer for 36 hours straight.

Location is good , convenient to walk around

Staff is unprofessional ( except the manager ) they are not even able to organize early check in , or check in time by additional payment

Staff and security. My wife and I were well received by the front desk professional (Nini) who was very welcoming and friendly.

The room was not enough ready and filled with necessary thing (toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving kit, water etc)!

The location is amazing. The staff is great. The rooms are nice.

The moquette in the rooms is a bit old and even if it's cleaned daily you can see some weird stains. The AC is not always working perfectly. Maybe the thermostats need some improvement.
